Surgical Services

Surgical services are provided by Dr. Anil Baxi M.S, F.R.C.S (U.K). He has been trained in U..K. for more than five year in the field of laparoscopic surgery and peripheral vascular surgery. Laparoscopic surgeries performed by him are laparoscopic chole cystectomy (removal of gall bladder for stones), appendicetomy, adhesiolysis, repair of hernia etc.

Most of the patient after laparoscopic surgery go home on the next day and experience minimum pain and early recovery. As the procedure is done with 5 mm scope the incision is very small and is associated with minimum discomfort.

Palmar hyper hydrosis means excessive sweating in palms. This embarrasses the patient and interferes with his or her day to day work.

Dr. Anil Baxi is one of the pioneers in performing thoracoscopic cervical sympathectomy. This is of procedure for palmar hyper hydrosis and Reynauld’s disease. Laser surgery for varicose vein has wonderful results in such patients.
